Perhaps you are vacating a building and need to carry out dilapidation works to return the building to the landlord’s requirements.

We are happy to come and visit you at your premises and give you a free, no obligation quotation on what is required. Space planning and 2D/3D plans are also available at no charge if we are successful with our bid.

Partitioning – Create new offices/meeting rooms within an open-plan area to allow more individual spaces. Remove partitioning to create large, open-plan areas.

Dilapidation Works – Smart Image can restore a building to the landlord’s requirements – replacing/cleaning carpets, painting re-fresh to walls and ceilings and metal/woodwork, blind repair/replacement, electrical testing and certificates.

Carpets/Flooring – Commercial grade carpet tiles, available in many colours/ranges – why not incorporate your company colours. Vinyl/LVT flooring in a variety of colours/finishes for breakout/kitchen/bathroom areas.
Blinds – Vertical, horizontal, black-out, dim-out, anti-bacterial – available in a variety of colours and finishes, made to measure.

Business Signage – interior and exterior acrylic signs, display graphics, metal plaques, health and safety, hanging signs, window graphics, vinyl cut letters and graphics, wallpaper, stand-off letters.
